OUR EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
IN-STORE AND ONLINE RETURNS
Please understand that we are a small, local business. We honestly receive and put out new merchandise DAILY.
We find that bringing in new products daily, rather than a large quantity of the same product keeps our store fresh and exciting to shop. Because of this, our product turnover is about 10 days.
Items are available for return within 10 days of purchase (within 10 days of delivery for online orders) for store credit only. After the 10 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items are final sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Items with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used in-store or online, and the credit does not expire.

Once we receive your return/exchange request you will be responsible to ship back your return / exchange. Please include the original Packing Slips with your return.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?
Once we receive your return in resellable condition, we will initiate the refund back to your Vixen account as a Digital Credit. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any taxes at time of purchase.
We know that you will love what you purchased but if something doesn’t work out, we will only accept unworn, unwashed, tags still attached, in resellable condition to be returned within 10 DAYS for STORE CREDIT. All sale items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned.
Store Credit will be put onto your Vixen Account as a digital credit that never expires! You will receive the digital credit with a QR code sent to the email address associated with your account that can be used at either of our locations.
Store Credit cannot be used for Spa Services

We hope this will encourage you to take your time in selecting your eternity jewelry when it comes to your appointment.
DAMAGES & ISSUES:
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
Contact [email protected] if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect WITHIN 24 hours of delivery with photos & explanation of the issue. We will promptly evaluate the issue to work with you to find an appropriate resolution.
Once the tracking is updated & says delivered, we are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Please follow the proper claim procedures with the correct mail carrier

We stand behind our products and want you to be happy with all your purchases! We promise to do our best to take care of our customers. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item so we can take proper action. WHAT ITEMS QUALIFY FOR RETURN?
We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, tags attached and scent free for returns within 10 DAYS of the purchase in store or delivery. Shoes must be returned in the original box/packaging, unworn & free of any scuffs or marks. All sale, clearance, skincare, permanent jewelry, intimate apparel, permanent jewelry and discounted items are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
